PRO KALAKAAR SEASON 2 AUDITIONS

By registering for PRO KALAKAAR – Season 2, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• The audition is open to individuals aged 16 years and above.
• Participants below 18 years must have parental/guardian consent.
• The audition is open to participants across India and internationally.
• Participants must possess valid identification if required.

2. REGISTRATION & FEES

• The audition fee is ₹399 (Indian Rupees Three Hundred Ninety-Nine only).
• The fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Registration is complete only after successful payment and submission of all required details.

3. ONLINE AUDITION PROCESS

• Round 1 will be conducted online only.
• Participants must submit their BEST 5 original artworks, along with clear photos of themselves holding each artwork (both participant and artwork must be visible).
• Incomplete or invalid submissions may be rejected without review.
• Each participant will receive a video review/feedback from the judge.
• Only the Top 100 participants will be shortlisted for the next round.
• The judges’ decision is final and binding.

4. ORIGINALITY & CONTENT

• All artworks must be 100% original and created by the participant.
• Plagiarism, copying, tracing, AI-generated, or third-party work will result in disqualification.
• The organizers may verify authenticity at any stage, including requesting proof of creation.

5. SELECTION PROCESS

Round 2 Offline Audition (Delhi NCR)

• Top 100 participants will be invited to Delhi NCR.
• Participation is mandatory to continue.
• Travel for this round will be at the participant’s own expense.

Details:

• Duration: 1 Day (date will be assigned individually)
• The audition will be professionally recorded and released as episodes.

Final Selection

• Top 12 contestants will be selected from the offline round.

If selected:

• Travel for the final shoot will be at the participant’s own cost.
• Stay and food will be provided/reimbursed by PRO KALAKAAR.

Final Shoot of PRO KALAKAAR SEASON 2

• Duration: 10–15 days
• Dates will be communicated in advance.

Winner Prize: ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees)

6. MEDIA RIGHTS & USAGE

• By participating, you grant the organizers the right to use your name, image, artwork, photos, videos, and recordings for promotion, publishing, and distribution across all platforms.
• This usage is worldwide and perpetual, without additional compensation.

7. PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT

• Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior.
• Misconduct or rule violations may result in disqualification without refund.

8. CERTIFICATE & BENEFITS

• All participants will receive a Digital Participation Certificate.
• Top 100 participants will receive Digital + Hardcopy Certificates.
• Features and exposure are not guaranteed and depend on performance.

9. PRIZE TERMS

• The winner will receive ₹1,00,000, via bank transfer or cheque.
• The prize is subject to applicable taxes and is non-transferable.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Providing false information
• Violating rules
• Submitting non-original work
• Failing to complete required stages
• Any unfair practices or misconduct

11. CHANGES & CANCELLATION

• The organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel the event if required.
• Updates will be shared via official platforms.

12. LIABILITY

• The organizers are not responsible for technical issues or personal expenses.
• Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

13. PRIVACY

• Participant data will be used for audition and communication purposes only.
• It will not be sold but may be used for internal promotions.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

• The organizers are not liable for delays or cancellations due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, restrictions, technical failures).

15. GOVERNING LAW

• Governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Delhi NCR courts.

16. AGREEMENT

By applying, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate.
