1. Registration & Audition Fees

All payments made towards:

• Audition registrations
• Participation fees
• Any program-related charges

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after registration
• Failure to attend or submit audition entries
• Disqualification due to rule violations
• Incomplete submissions or missed deadlines

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same registration
• Technical Error: Payment was deducted but registration was not completed
• Event Cancellation: If PRO KALAKAAR cancels the audition or program

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of payment.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

5. Processing Charges

Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
